My Caraga Adventures

My entire stay in Caraga has brought me to places I never thought I have, have taught me lessons more than I can imagine. I had a rich experience of life as it is. Rich experience of reality.

I was holding a map today and I took notice of the places I have been, and I am just inspired to remember every bit of it, to look back to the experience during my first step in these areas. Remember how it felt. Remember my purpose.

Posted by: Rhon  /  Category: Entertainment, Film Production, Films, Movie, Personal, experience

I know I promised to post update with regards to our shooting activities for the week, or the entire month. But due to some restrictions, I have to re-schedule posting some pictures.

As I have said on my previous post, I am set to join a shoot for two films this year, one from ANC and the other for Bidadali House Production.

As of the moment I am set to go out of town, for a week’s shoot.  I am so fired up for this experience.

The Bidadali House Production’s “Limbunan” Film is an entry for the Cinemalaya Film Festival, which are participated by different independent filmmakers in the country where three (3) of these filmmakers for the full length film category came from Mindanao Read more…

For the V-Day

Posted by: Rhon  /  Category: Personal, Uncategorized

MY YOU,

Well I was watching television earlier when I figured everyone seemed to be so hooked up with planning for Valentines Day. Can’t seem to get the right gift for valentines day or perhaps how to celebrate it.

So wondered how do I want to celebrate Valentine’s Day? So I made a list if ever I should go out on the heart’s day (which I preferred to stay at home and do stuff). I already set my plans early this year that I am not go out of the house on the heart’s day. So I wont be stressing myself passing through so much crowd, coz I know its definitely going to have bunch of people on the streets, resto, parks, clubs, among others.

So what could be the best gift idea for me on the heart’s day? Read more…

Indeed last night’s 2nd Davao Digital Club and Bloggers Meet-Up have been amicably fun. Most of my blogger friends attended the event in PAGCOR Davao, where I get to meet other bloggers who shared the passion with me, and of course the excitement of meeting same old and new faces.

Anyway, PAGCOR, hosted the said event, great deals of freebies were given away, as well good tasting food and a some bottles of wine were also served at the party. And what I love most? The pictures!!! :)

I’m looking forward to next year’s 3rd Davao Digital Club and Bloggers Meet- up Event. Keep me posted people :)

Estar Ocupado con Algo El Martes

Quite a busy day for everyone in the office… we were kinda preparing for almost two weeks of meeting. Lets see:

- woke up at 4am, cleaned my pad and do the laundry.
- had coffee and a toast for breakfast
- left for the office at 8am

In the office, I hurried down to my bunch of workloads… talking about reports, communications, contracts and the list goes on…

- prepared resolution for CADT to be validated by the community
- prepared reports for the upcoming meeting that definitely starts tomorrow.
- and lastly, pack my things! :)

Linger on Today

I started to walk, taking a step at a time. The first steps were good and simple, but as I was trudging forward, the road is getting harder for me to carry on. The ground under my feet starts to get slippery, and I found myself finding my way out of it, moving in a fast pace. Moving in every chance I get before I sank my way into that soft deep mud.

I was successful on my first pace, I found my way out of the stubborn mud, though I still have the mud stuck into my feet, I still need to bear the uneasiness it brings. Then I figured, why am I so scared of the wet earth? What’s holding me back? For all its worth, it was just a plain simple mud, and at the end of the trek, it’ll be fine, and I’ll find a way to get rid of it, so what am I scared of? If I hold back now, I will never get through this, and I’ll be stuck in this slime longer than I should. I don’t want that, I can’t wait for anyone to help me get out of this dirt; there might not be anybody who would pass the road I just took.

I have prepared myself for another challenge of getting through this arduously, tough road. I took my slippers off, and started to walk barefoot. I walk not minding the mud delving into my toes. At times I slipped, but I refuse to stop. I cannot stop, and I will never give up until I end up at the rear end of this trek. I feel my sweat dripping down my face, racing down my body, and I feel the hot touch of sunlight penetrating on my skin, burning heat surging into me, causing me to feel pain. But I endured, I bear up the pain with every step, with every slip, thinking I will get by, and I have.
